My son Apollo is about to turn 5 years old, and he's already showing a compassion that humbles me every single day. Recently, he came to me with something on his heart. He said he didn't want any kids like him or any families to go hungry, especially with Thanksgiving and the holidays approaching. That simple, heartfelt concern from my son moved me deeply.

Apollo asked if there was anything we could do to help. So here we are.
