Those of you that know my Dad Wayne, are aware that he NEVER stops going. He is an extremely hard worker and he never gives up!! Well, Advanced Aggressive Basal Cell Carcinoma has halted him. The oncology team said he wasn’t a candidate for Mohrs Surgery, because his tumors are too close to his organs and you can figure out the rest.  All they can do is put him on Radiation treatment and hope it shrinks the tumors down. He has started Radiation and he will be out of commission for about 4-6 months. He has deductibles and copays that are very high, due to cancer treatment. If you can help in anyway, even by sharing this, it would be greatly appreciated. The “Salty Cracker” is a strong Great Grandpa and he has a great grandson that needs to be taught how to fish. I have faith that he will be able to handle the radiation treatment and hopefully start seeing results in a few months. We appreciate all of our family and friends.
