One of our Richmond community members and someone who has done a lot for local marginalized communities here, has been hit hard by the massive Dominion power bills, and they and their family are in a really tough financial position. So I'm turning to the community on their behalf, to ask for anything you can give to help alleviate their situation.
They need at least half by this week alone, but if we can raise the full 3k for them, that would be a massive lift. I know times are incredibly hard for a lot of us and mutual aid asks are how a lot of us are keeping our heads above water, so anything you can give, and any shares of this fundraiser, is deeply appreciated. We take care of us.
