I started taking hormones about 10 years ago or so I want to change into a woman. I’m tired of being a man it’s been 60+ years and there’s many reasons but I need the money for the gender affirming surgery. It’s about $20,000 or so I don’t have any insurance I pretty much supply my own money so and I don’t have that kind of money so basically that’s why I’ve been approved by two doctors about generous dysphoria so all I need left is to do the surgery. I have got everything else in place.
