EspañolThis is to raise the necessary funds to have basic memorial service for my dad, William Carter. Some came to know and love him as "Bill Bailey". He wasn't without fault, as none of us are; However, he was a great dad, grandpa, friend and overall human being. He deserves a decent send off. If you feel you'd like to help make that happen, please donate. If you are unable to donate, please share so he can rest in peace as he should. Although we may not have a funeral, we will definitely be holding a "celebration of life" service sometime soon Thanks and God Bless!
