My sweet niece Gianna has been bravely battling a rare and painful disease her entire life. She was diagnosed with Complex Lymphatic Anomaly (formerly called lymphangiomatosis), a condition that causes her lymphatic system to overproduce fluid. This fluid builds up in different areas of her body, and for the past three years, it has been collecting in her abdomen.

Since April, Gianna has already undergone three procedures to drain this fluid—each time removing between 3.5 and 4.5 liters. She will likely need at least two or three more procedures before her major surgery in December. Each one brings temporary relief from the constant pain, but the costs add up quickly. Insurance only covers part of these procedures, leaving her family with an out-of-pocket cost of $536 every time.

Gianna lives with pain every single day, yet she continues to face this battle with incredible strength. We are asking for help to ease the financial burden of her medical care so she can focus on healing.
