Acerca de esta recaudación

I can’t sleep after meeting Glen, and him so graciously sharing his story.  Glen‘s story begins with being scared and beating himself up for not being able to provide Xmas for his family. Thankfully, his wife reached out to Chatham Strong, which is where I came into their world to provide a 13-year-old a girly girls dreams of presents to open.

This white truck sits in his driveway with no means of running for him to be able to go to interviews, or even go anywhere outside of walking distance in the cold.  Glenn was let go from his welding job and his wife has rheumatoid arthritis and barely can work without being in so much pain herself so it is on Glenn to take care of his family of 5.

Bills are piling up, he is on the verge of losing his license due to an accident that occurred and damages that were done, and structural damage that was done due to this accident, he had to pay for himself.

He is broken ,bruised (as his ego as a man is hurting), and some days hopeless. He has struggled with addiction and has overcome that battle in recovery, this is testing him and his faith, as he is fighting a lot of dark days.

I am called to help Glen and his family, and I am asking others to either pray for them, donate what you can, or help provide resources for Glen to get back to what he loves most his passion and welding so he can have a full-time job to provide for his family of five and thrive!
