Hello everyone,

My name is Julie, and I am writing this on behalf of my nephew, Patrick. As his aunt, I have watched Patrick work tirelessly to provide a stable, loving home for his family. Right now, he is facing the hardest battle of his life—fighting for custody of his daughter. It breaks my heart to see a dedicated father on the verge of losing his little girl simply because he has run out of funds for legal fees. I am stepping in to launch this campaign to help him raise the money he needs to hire a new lawyer and protect his daughter's future.

Patrick is a hardworking, loving dad who already provides entirely for his two other children. He wants nothing more than to provide a safe, stable, and emotionally healthy environment for his daughter as well. Unfortunately, the legal system is incredibly expensive, and he has hit a financial breaking point.

Patrick has already poured all of his savings into a previous attorney, but the legal hurdles have only multiplied, and his funds are completely exhausted. The opposing party is intentionally dragging out this legal process, knowing that Patrick has limited resources, in an attempt to force him to give up for lack of funds.

Patrick is on the verge of being forced to walk away from his daughter simply because he cannot afford the legal representation required to protect her.

We cannot let financial hardship dictate this little girl's future. Growing up in a toxic environment filled with conflict causes serious emotional and mental damage that can shape a child's life forever. Patrick needs a strong legal voice in court to ensure his daughter's safety, mental well-being, and future happiness are protected.

Every single dollar raised will go directly toward Patrick’s legal fees, retaining a new attorney, and ensuring he can stay in this fight for his daughter. No amount is too small. If you cannot donate, please consider sharing this page to help us spread the word.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping Patrick protect his little girl.
