On September 4, Nicole and her son Adrian were involved in a car accident. An uninsured driver came into their lane. Adrian is nonverbal, in a wheel chair, and dependent on others for all his needs. Nicole’s only wheelchair assessable vehicle is totaled. She currently has no way transport Adrian. The only place Adrian is currently able to go is school due to special transportation.
While Nicole does work part-time, her income is not enough to cover the cost of a handicap van. Adrian’s 24/7 need for care makes it impossible for her to work full-time. Her insurance gave her 6,000 and another 1,000 for the ramp and equipment. Please consider helping Nicole with a wheelchair accessible van.
