My friend Katie came home last week to a note on her door saying Im not happy anymore I left, she also came home to a dark house as he had her lights cut off, she called and tried getting it switched to her name but she owes a past bill of $3,242 and they will not cut it on until she can pay it she has applied for state help but has not heard anything yet but they only will pay $600, she has two kids coda who is 11 and rayne who it's 6, she has been staying house to house with her kids where ever she can sleep with them,  they are crying to go home .not only is her electric out she has lost all the food for her kids so if anyone can help to get her and her kids back home safe and happy
