Hi this is my husband Rick McCune. He has COPD and is on oxygen full time. Monday morning he fell and broke his hip. It was displaced and they had to do surgery and put in screws and bolts.

Our apartment is on the second floor. I need to get us moved before he comes home from rehab. I found first floor apartment with 600.00 monthly rent. We need first month and security deposit which is $1200.00 plus the cost for a mover as I also have asthma and am limited on what I can do. Once we get moved I can afford the monthly expenses. But I need a safe apartment for Rick
