There are moments in life when asking for help feels harder than anything else.
This is one of those moments for me.
Over the past few years, I’ve faced cancer, Dysautonomia, and the reality of living with a body that seems to stay sick no matter how badly I want to feel normal again. Right now, I’m going through medication changes, treatments, and procedures, and it has been an incredibly difficult season physically, emotionally, and financially.
I’m embarrassed to even have to write this. I’m ashamed that I’m in a position where I need to ask other people for help. I’ve always wanted to be the person helping others—not the person needing help.
But right now, I do need help.
If you are able to contribute through GiveAHand, please know that even the smallest amount means more to me than I can put into words. It helps me get through this difficult period while I continue trying to find the right treatments, medications, and answers.
And if you aren’t able to give financially, please don’t feel bad. A share, a kind word, a prayer, or simply reminding me that I’m not alone means just as much.
I am incredibly grateful for every person who has stood beside me during this chapter of my life. I don’t take any of it for granted.
Thank you for helping me get through a time when, honestly, I’m struggling to get through each day. ❤️
