Hello my family and friends. I’ve spent a long time staring at this screen wondering how to find the courage to post this message. Trying to think of the right words to use. There are no easy ones for me. Late in November I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and will be undergoing surgery for a bilateral mastectomy on January 29th with reconstruction to follow. I am scared but I am also hopeful and grateful it was caught early. Although I will have a long road of recovery ahead I know that I will be surrounded by people who love me and will come out stronger in the end. Things have been a little overwhelming for me lately trying to get prepared for the surgery and aftercare. I’m not one who asks for help easily but this is something that I just can’t do on my own. I  appreciate all of the love and support that I have in my life and I’m so grateful for any help received during this difficult time. Thank you for your continued love and prayers. 🩷
