In early July, Jayden suffered a severe injury, completely tearing his ACL off the bone. After a month of specialist evaluations and MRI scans, his medical team determined that he urgently needs full reconstruction surgery within the next couple of weeks to restore his mobility and prevent permanent, long-term damage.

​Due to a recent career transition, our family is currently without medical insurance coverage. The out-of-pocket costs for this procedure total $21,352.36, broken down as follows:

• ​Surgeon & Specialist Fees: $4,699.45
• ​Anesthesia: $1,475.00

​We are actively applying for medical financing, taking on side jobs, and doing everything possible to cover as much of this burden as we can. We are setting our fundraising goal at $15,000 to help offset the majority of these upfront costs and keep Jayden's surgery on schedule.
