I am a mom of four and working two jobs to take care of my family.  I have an opportunity to purchase my first home. There are two things on my credit report that my lender wants me to pay off before approving my loan.  Our anticipated closing date is May 29th but I just asked for an extension.  I have two accounts that need to be paid down and they are small amounts.  I have a credit card with Amex that has a balance of $445 and a Capital One account with a balance of $381.  I know I will not have the extra money by the 29th as I just paid the earnest money and for the inspection.  I have the money for the appraisal saved.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
