A friend of mine recently moved into a new home, she's had a couple bad renters around the spare bedroom and they for having a hard time paying the rent now she's a little bit behind and selling everything she owns trying to make the rent and expecting you have to move out this is a woman who every year since I've known her has bought my son an Easter basket and all kinds of stuff to put in it because she wasn't sure if I would have one for him Easter Sunday when we came to their house for Easter. She also bought any surbasket for every other person's children that came to her house because she wasn't sure if they would have baskets either. She didn't ask she just wanted to make sure not one kid got left out that's good person she cares about everybody else around her and tries to take care of them so I think it's time for us and to try to take care of her trying to find her a better renter but she needs to come up with the background from the last renter. Any little bit helps and if you would rather not donate on here or whatever she's also having a yard sale and has a fridge for sale and some children's books and clothes some household items and shelving and a table even and it's all real nice stuff.  She has the dining room table and chairs for sale it's cherry wood with a high-back leather chairs none of the chairs have holes in it she has a set of wrought iron bar stools for them that are also for sale they are like brand new only one of them is put together ATM. She also has a brand new full size bed and frame I am donating that in the chairs and the bar stools to her I took the bed and frame out of the box myself two weeks ago it's never been slept in my son has decided he wanted a different kind of bed so I'm going to go ahead and donate it it's a wrought iron frame and brand new. Help solve a tiny portion of California song this problem and not add to it with her keep her place she deserves it which is a good woman the name Jan is not right name she wishes to remain anonymous because she does not want people to feel sorry for her. The picture is likewise not of her home. Identity of the person you would be helping can be revealed for people that actually have what she does not want her situation out for everyone to see. On that note another way to help would be to put me in touch with people that are in need of a room to rent and have good rental history and can pay for 600 bucks a month.
