I unfortunately was injured last year and had to have surgery. I have been out of work since. My income was the main income coming into our household due to my husband being totally disabled. I exhausted all of my leave. We now have only have my husband’s disability coming coming in which barely is keeping the electricity paid and food in the house. 

This money will be used to get our mortgage caught back up, bills that have gone unpaid and help for the next couple of months until I am able to return back to the work force.

I have always been a person to help others and find it very difficult to ask for help. Any help that can be given is very much appreciated!
