Our family is facing one of the most difficult challenges we’ve ever experienced. Amanda suffered a devastating stroke. Before we could fully process what had happened, she suffered a second stroke just days later, causing significant damage and completely changing her life.

Amanda was life-flighted from Albany General Hospital to Providence Medical Hospital in Portland after her second stroke. The Doctors had identified a clot in her brain, but surgery is not an option due to the high risks involved.

Amanda fought hard every step of the way, showing incredible strength, courage, and determination throughout this battle. Though she is no longer with us, her love, resilience, and the countless memories she created will live on in the hearts of everyone who knew her. As our family mourns this tremendous loss, we are focused on honoring her life.
