I am 68 years old just moved to Alabama moved here because I be came homeless in Indianapolis Indiana because I couldn’t get anywhere to live with my retirement income, I’ve been in Alabama less than two months. I’ve got an apartment I have nothing. I just brought my clothes. Alabama power company since I’m a new customer will not let me make arrangements where I live or evict me of the lights to shut off.
