We are raising funds to help a grieving family in Nigeria after the passing of a devoted father, husband, and lifelong farmer.

I have personally known this young woman and her family for over four years. She is a 24-year-old single mother from a very humble background who is now facing the heartbreaking loss of her father — the man who worked his entire life to provide for his wife and children.

Her father spent most of his life farming and hunting bush meat to feed his family. He married her mother over 35 years ago and together they built a family of six children, while enduring the pain of losing two along the way. Despite hardship, he continued working from a young age to make sure his family survived.

One of the memories his daughter cherishes most is from childhood: when her father would return home from hunting, her mother would cook the food he brought back, and the entire family would gather together, eat, laugh, and enjoy those simple moments of happiness. Those memories are now priceless.

The goal of this fundraiser is twofold:

To help cover funeral and burial expenses so this hardworking father can be laid to rest with dignity and respect.

To help the surviving family continue forward by improving and modernizing their small farm so they can sustain themselves without the father who was their primary provider.

Because the family lives in Nigeria, even modest donations can make a significant difference in their lives. Every contribution will go directly toward funeral expenses and helping the family rebuild stability after this loss.

I will personally provide proof that the funds were sent and that the funeral arrangements were carried out properly to ensure full transparency and accountability to everyone who donates.
