EspañolSara is currently recovering from pneumonia at Cleveland Clinic where she follows with her pulmonologist and her transplant team.
She has recently been approved for a study to get treatment for pulmonary hypertension which is good news! She will also be placed on the list to receive a double lung transplant.
We created this page to support Sara and her family, to update everyone on her progress and to support any needs that may come.
She is truly loved!! She is the strongest person I know and also the most stubborn!
