I am reaching out to share a personal update and to ask for your support. My wife, Kimber, was diagnosed with ALS on November 15th, 2023. For over two years now, we have fought this horrible disease together with our family and friends.

While medical doctors have offered us little hope, we found a clinic that has helped her show genuine improvement. Throughout this battle, Kimber has remained hopeful and strong in spirit, determined to find a way to regain her strength and her life.

We recently spent two weeks at this clinic, where Kimber's speech improved and she began sitting up with more strength. Unfortunately, the expense of this clinic is not covered by insurance, nor are the costs of travel and lodging. This was our second visit, and both times we were forced to return home just as we started to see progress due to the high costs.

We are starting this fundraiser in an effort to fund at least three return trips of one month each. We believe this continuous treatment is the key to helping Kimber beat this disease so she can once again walk with her dogs and no longer be tied to a chair. We are looking to raise the funds soon so we can return before Kimber has any setbacks in her recent healing.
