In what feels like the blink of an eye, our family's world has been turned upside down. My husband lost his job, and on that very same day, our sons, Lucas and Liam, received the heartbreaking news that their beloved Pappy has been diagnosed with colon cancer.

As parents, it's devastating to watch your children try to process so much pain and uncertainty at once. Their Pappy has always been a source of love, strength, laughter, and guidance in their lives, and now they are facing the fear of what lies ahead while also coping with the stress of our family's financial struggles.

We are doing everything we can to stay strong, but the weight of lost income, medical expenses, travel, and everyday bills is overwhelming.
