Hi, my name is Brittani, and I’m asking for help after a sudden medical emergency changed everything. I traveled from Arizona to Washington for a one-week visit, but the day before I was supposed to fly home, I suffered multiple blood clots in my lungs and one in my heart. I stopped breathing for about 10 minutes before paramedics saved my life. I’m grateful to be alive, but the week I had to stay in hospital cause me to miss my flight, and my recovery has left me stranded and unable to return home to Arizona as planned until I’m medically cleared to do so.

I’m now facing unexpected costs for food, transportation, medications, and temporary living expenses while I heal, along with travel costs to get home once I’m medically cleared.
