I started this project in July 2024. Since day one, my business model has prioritized community by transferring bake-sale capital to mutual aid organizations—both here in Atlanta as well as international humanitarian efforts.
In 2025 I raised $8K through pop-ups for causes such as Palestinian aid relief, Immigration Justice, Climate Disaster relief, Second Helpings Atlanta, and Trans Housing.
After two years, I'm at an exciting turning point: wholesale opportunities, farm dinner series, bi-weekly pop-ups, farmers market options, and continued community bread drops. It’s a busy time, but also one that requires some help.
I've been self-funding the operating costs of Vinny’s since I started. In order to expand while keeping mutual aid at the center of the business, I need outside funding.
This fundraiser will support the following:
- -Moving into a larger kitchen space (commissary kitchen rent ~$1,200 monthly)
- -Food costs for the remainder of 2026 pop-ups/dinner series (locally sourced from GA farms)
- -Bakery equipment
- -Vendor market fees ($75-100, market dependent)
- -Food packaging costs
- -Bakery promotional materials
Any amount you can give will help move my bakery into its second chapter. And that means also helping to continue to raise funds for mutual aid efforts in ATL and beyond.
