EspañolThis is for 4-year-old Zoelynn Vera Romero, daughter of MDW Einstein Bagels employee Jazzlynn Vera. Zoelynn has NKH disease, a severe condition causing lethargy, seizures, movement disorders, feeding difficulties, and intellectual disability. This has been a massive challenge for Jazzlynn to manage, as the expenses of Zoelynn's care are rapidly exceeding their resources. Any help is greatly appreciated to help with Zoelynn's medical expenses as well as their apartment rent. Thank you for donating.
