Help After Our Car Accident

We were on our way to an event in Connecticut to provide food and desserts for event vendors who often cannot leave their booths to get something to eat. Unfortunately, we never made it to the event. We were involved in a serious car accident that left our vehicle badly damaged and several of us dealing with injuries and the emotional impact of what happened.

One person suffered significant burns following the deployment of the airbag. Another suffered a hematoma in the neck area along with bruising and pain, and the accident has left us shaken and dealing with the aftermath of such a frightening experience.

Our vehicle was also an important part of our livelihood. We used it to transport food, desserts, equipment, and supplies to the events we serve. Losing reliable transportation has made continuing that work much more difficult.

But we're still trying to keep going. This Saturday, we're taking an Uber all the way to Providence so that we can keep our commitment to provide food and desserts to event vendors. We don't want this accident to stop us from doing the work we've worked so hard to build.

We're raising $10,000 to help with reliable replacement transportation, medical and recovery-related expenses, and getting back on our feet after the accident.
