My name is David and I am a right below-knee amputee. I am reaching out to ask for help with an important accessibility need at my home and also for assistance covering the cost of a prosthetic leg when the time comes to be fitted for it.

I need a safe wheelchair/mobility ramp and an accessible walkway so I can safely get in and out of my home, as well as some things inside the home that will help with ease of mobility, such as the bathroom doorway being widened. Because of my amputation, getting in and out of the house without proper accessible entry is difficult and can be dangerous. 

Any amount no matter how small, would mean a lot to me. Donations will go toward the materials and accessibility improvements needed to make the entrance and indoor mobility safer and easier for me to use.
