Hi, my name is Jennifer. I recently had neck surgery to remove 3 discs out of my neck due to severe spinal stenosis in my spinal canal and severe foraminal stenosis. The discs were crushing the nerves in my neck and causing pain in my shoulders  and arms. Also I was losing function in my hands. The surgery and recovery have been very painful and difficult, and expenses have been piling up. I am looking for help paying for gas for my doctor appointment, extra food because I can only eat soft foods right now, car insurance, and prescription costs for a prescription I cant afford.
