On June 8th we woke up in the middle of the night to my 4 year old son vomiting blood and had to call 911. We were transported to a local children's ED, where we had learned that our precious baby boy was in critical condition and actively bleeding in his GI system, and the transferred us to another hospitals pediatric intensive care unit where they were able to stabilize him. We are facing a journey ahead of us to ensure his full recovery from this event.
