Our child has extensive dental work that requires multiple crowns and treatment under IV sedation. Because of the severity of the cavities, the dentist has recommended crowns to help preserve the teeth, prevent infection, and avoid more serious complications in the future. Since our child is unable to safely tolerate dental procedures while awake, IV sedation is necessary to complete the treatment. 

Like many families, we weren't prepared for the significant out-of-pocket cost of this procedure. We want to give our child the care they need to relieve pain, protect their smile, and prevent future dental problems, but the financial burden is more than we can manage on our own.
