Hello to everyone, the name is Dustin. A month ago I went to the dentist and was told that all of my teeth needed to be pulled and permanent dentures put in. 
 

A little back story is that I made poor life choices with my health and my teeth. For years I thought when something happened with my teeth, “oh I’ll deal with next time” when I have the money. I have several teeth missing, several are broken/chipped and all need to be pulled. 
 

The total cost of my treatment plan is $71,573. It is astronomical amount I know. Luckily I work part time with UPS and have insurance. Bless the lord for insurance, my out of pocket is $10,323. With my job being part time all my income goes to paying for bills and can’t afford the out of pocket. I ask for your help in covering the cost of my out of pocket amount. 
 

I was diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic in 2019, and I’ve been homeless twice. Once in 2018/2019 and again in 2024. I got lucky in finding a place to live through a co-worker and am blessed. I want to thank everyone for reading my fundraiser and bless each and everyone of you
