My name is Moises Marchena, and I am seeking help for my brother, Gabriel Marchena. Since 2022, Gabriel has been locked in a relentless battle against a recurring testicular tumor that has returned three times, each wave more challenging than the last.

On top of this, he is dealing with a severe herniated disc. Some days he can barely walk. Because of the recurring tumor, he cannot undergo the necessary tests or surgery for his back—the radiation involved would only worsen the tumor's growth.

Through it all, he is accompanied by his service animal, Maurice, a 75 lb dog whom he loves dearly. Maurice is Gabriel's anchor, but keeping up with his needs while fighting for his own life has become an overwhelming burden.

The Path to Healing

God has guided Gabriel toward a holistic healing path—one that honors the body's natural design through nutrition, detoxification, and spiritual wellness. These non-toxic therapies have brought him glimpses of victory, but insurance refuses to cover a single cent.

Gabriel’s ultimate goal is to attend the Hippocrates Health Institute, which has a high success rate with natural methods. Once healed, he dreams of becoming a wellness consultant to teach others how to reclaim their health.

Our Immediate Needs

We are facing immediate hardships that threaten Gabriel’s progress:

Electric Wheelchair: This is our most urgent need. This past January 2026, Gabriel suffered a severe flare-up of sciatica in both legs. For two weeks, he was in uncontrollable pain, yet he refuses prescription drugs to avoid further toxicity. A wheelchair would allow his back to rest during daily tasks.

Stable Shelter: A safe, peaceful home for recovery ($900 per month).

Reliable Transportation: To access supplements and attend vital holistic appointments.

Treatments & Supplements: The essential protocols rebuilding his health from the inside out.
