Help Me Get Back on My Feet and Get a Reliable Car
I honestly never thought I would be writing something like this or asking people for help, but right now I’m in a place where I don’t know what else to do.
I work hard every day. I get up, go to work, put in the hours, and do everything I can to pay my bills and take care of the people I love. I’m not afraid of working hard, and I’ve always tried to handle my own problems without asking anyone for help.
But sometimes life seems to keep knocking you down when you’re already struggling to stand.
On my way home from work, my car suddenly made a loud noise, and the motor went out. I’m having it checked to find out exactly what happened, but I’m scared that the repairs could cost more than I can afford—or that the car may be beyond repair.
My car isn’t a luxury to me. It’s how I get to work. It’s how I get where I need to go. It’s how I take care of my responsibilities and the people who depend on me. Without a reliable vehicle, I’m afraid of losing the ability to get to work and keep the little stability I have.
I’m already trying to keep up with rent, electric, insurance, gas, and all the other everyday expenses that come with life. I’ve been working extra hours whenever I can because I’m trying so hard to get ahead, but there just isn’t enough left over to suddenly replace a vehicle.
And this isn’t just about a car.
It’s about being able to keep working.
It’s about being able to take care of my family.
It’s about being able to see the people I love.
It’s about having a chance to breathe without constantly worrying about what emergency is going to happen next.
I’ve had a lot happen to me lately, and sometimes I honestly wonder, “Why me?” I’m tired. I’m stressed. I’m scared. But I’m still trying. I’m still getting up every morning and going to work. I’m still fighting to make things better.
I’m asking for help because I need a reliable vehicle to get me back on the road and keep me working.
Anything you can give would mean more to me than I can put into words. Even $5 or $10 helps. And if you aren’t able to donate, simply sharing this fundraiser could help me reach someone who can.
I’m not asking for anyone to fix my life. I’m just asking for a little help getting through one really difficult situation so I can keep doing what I’ve always done—work hard and keep going.
Thank you to everyone who reads my story, shares it, donates, or even just sends a kind word. I truly appreciate every bit of support.
❤️ Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
