It's the semi-annual time of year for my chronically ill self to have yet another surgery. A fifth and final surgery on my uterus to finally evict one of my main culprits of chronic pain. I will be having a hysterectomy mid August (20th) and will be off work for up to a month (2-4 weeks depending on recovery). Being a single income household with 2 teens who eat like sumo wrestlers is enough to cripple a woman's bank account and that isn't even mentioning everything else that this economy has been screwed by…which in turn screws me. I had surgery on my hip in November and still haven't completely financially recovered from being off 12 weeks for that. As I've clearly stated, everything is screwed and I know every one is struggling right now but even a few dollars from a few hundred people could make a huge difference, and you don't know if you don't try! I appreciate anything and everything anyone is able to do to help, I try to be as independent as possible, but sometimes you have to just admit that you can't do it alone and hope your village shows up. 😊 

(To answer how the money will be used: Rent, electricity, gas, water, (aka normal utilities)….also, gas, groceries, and medical expenses not covered by insurance. Basically just trying to cover my butt for the month i could potentially be off.)
