EspañolMy mom passed unexpectedly at the beginning of this month and the insurance company refused to pay because she changed the policy after my dad passed in 2024. We were left with nothing and couldn’t afford the plan she had and instead of changing the policy the company started a whole different policy and because it was a new policy and hadnt hit the 2 year mark for guaranteed pay out now my sister and I are left with no way to pay for the funeral and all we want is to lay her to rest with our father.
