Hi my name is Carlos Benard Sr. I have stage 5 renal kidney failure I am currently taking dialysis Monday Wednesday and Friday I'm being prepared for a kidney transplant extraneous and stressing situation that I'm in financially crippled can't afford my bills or my rent at this time so any help would be greatly appreciated to help me get through this process I really would appreciate whatever kind gestures I may receive thank you
