I live in Des Moines Iowa. My mother lives in Pleasantville Iowa she died in December and she is from South Georgis so she’s being buried in South Georgia and we also have a celebration of life in Moline Illinois this weekend. I can’t afford to go to either one of them so I was trying to raise funds to get to the Quad cities and then fly down to tallahassee for her funeral on June 15 and I’m just beside myself trying to find money to be there. We will be in Florida for a week and he in Illinois for a few days. I just need money for gas to Illinois and maybe a room for two nights and then in Georgia. I just need money to stay there for a week. she’s been buried in Eldorenda Georgia  at the church where her sister and mother are very and where she was raised. My mother was a beautiful soul. She had six children, and we all think that we were her favorite.. She never knew a stranger she helped so many people. She was funny a little crazy strong as an ox, my mother was called mom by almost every one of us kids classmates. I my three sisters all of us  and my brother,and I miss her very much. She was very loved.  While she was dying people came from all over to see her one last time it was heart wrenching to watch her suffer. Would’ve just amputated her leg, but she said no she’s ready to go. I wasn’t ready for her to leave but that’s selfish, she was the best mother I could of imagined.  From the day I was born I knew that I was loved. She told me every day that she loved me. All of us that knew her were so blessed   . She died of sepsis and we were all around her for the two weeks. I took her to pass. I’m on Social Security my 65th birthday was last week and they took out half of my Social Security, which was 250 to get to pay for my Medicare I guess I don’t really understand it all. That’s one reason I don’t have the money, but I’m always broke. It seems like anyway, but I really need to get to these funerals. Any kind of help would be appreciated. I hate even asking, but I I have to be there and I don’t wanna be embarrassed by not be able to make it and having to ask one of my family members who paid for everything else . I just don’t wanna burden them with that thank you for whatever you can help with and I so much appreciate you. without this help, I don’t know that I can go and that would just be heartbreaking.. hopefully this will work. A friend of mine told me about this website and I thought I would try.
