This is River a precious member of my family who has ruptured his ACL and needs surgery and with my husband and I being laid off it has became increasingly difficult to pay bills or even buy food for my family.  AND now my poor River needs this surgery that I can't afford to do but he needs it desperately. He is the kindness and most loving puppy you could ever meet…please help in anyway you can I know how hard things are right now. I don't want my puppy to suffer because of my inability to be able to pay for this…thankyou for all your kindness and time and please pray for our River!!  Tthankyou and God bless
