I was weed whacking and hit a buckthorn tree which exploded. Over 30 needles lodged into my leg which caused a flush-eating bacterial my leg is currently cut open on the bottom and top inner thigh of my left leg I'm hooked to a wound back any assistance would be greatly appreciated thank you
