Im 55yrs have Polyscytic kidney disease both kidneys are size of basketballs. Have to be removed and need a kidney transplant I have potential donors. I have 20% copay has be paid before I can have surgery I make -$520.00 ssi I cant save it or afford please help me I have 5 grandkids I adore. Save my life with your support god bless you
