Sassy dog is 13 years old this year and has been my Constant companion and my little scruffy shadow during the best of times and through the darkest days. This sweet girl is having all the problems that sweet old dogies get. She just recently had multiple teeth removed. Which i dipped into savings to pay for. Now my sweet scruffy dumpster mutt needs to have a large growth removed from her mouth. A ranula. Which is basically a broken saliva gland. Unfortunately surgery is the only option. It will continue to grow, eventually it will cause major complications. Or lead to her inability to eat or breathe. The timing could not be worse, as we are currently trying to move, have housing deposit to consider and I’ve got several large car repairs on the horizon. My poor Ricki cat who is 16 and also needing regular vet care as he approaches his end of life. I can’t afford it all on my own. After quite possibly the hardest year of my life…The idea of loosing my Stinky little Scruff Munchkin, my Smelly Angel, My Tiny Dancer… well it just feels like… well walking around with my heart broken. If you have known and loved sweet Sassy dog and can give a little bit.. it sure would help. If you know me… you know how hard it is for me to ask for help. But man, I can’t do this alone anymore. I need a little help. Please. Life doesn’t seem to be getting any easier and I’m gonna need this Scruffy Baby by my side. Ya’ll know I can’t adventure without my Sass.
