À propos de cette collecte de fonds

Reaching out for help is always a little hard because this has been a hard year for everyone.

One of the truest quotes I have seen is that many of us are one emergency away from losing everything. In my case, it was two emergencies. And while I thought I had everything well-managed, that was not the case.

Between my disability and my student status, finding a job has been a huge struggle. While I'm not giving up, I am in the position where I now have to ask for help with this really big thing or lose everything I need and have worked so hard for. Despite times when I have been worried about being unable to keep up, I have had savings to fall back on or been able to divert funds.

My account is now at zero, and so this is a critical time.

The biggest fear of mine right now is that I will lose everything. If I cannot ensure my medical needs are met, I won't be able to continue my education. And if I cannot continue my education, I will lose my car anyways.

The breakdown of my need covers medical expenses and will help me keep my car paid until October (including outstanding amounts for July) as well as smaller expenses like licensing related to my health and maybe making sure my oil is changed so I don't blow up my engine.

Right now, I need to hit the 35% mark in the next 15 days in order to make my car payment and ensure my medical need is met for the month. If you can afford to donate, any amount is appreciated, and if you cannot, your share and encouragement to your audience is just as well. Thank you for reading, and if you have any questions, please let me know!
