As most know, the bad head on collision Friday, December 20th in the morning hours on M60 in Sherwood township, was Louie & Diana Marvin. They were headed up to Battle Creek to get scans done for Louie's cancer & a trail blazer came around the curb, lost control and hit them head on. They were just in the wrong place at the wrong time :( 

They have been married 61 years so far ♡ They'd give you the shirt right off their back- they'd do anything for anyone. So here I am, with Diana's blessing, asking for some assistance in easing this financial burden.

Louie is not in great shape & we are trying to help him rest by starting this up in hopes to raise funds to help Diane with the cost of mainitiang her bills, helping with medical bills and anything they need through all this. 

Louie is on hospic care at our home as of now. He has a broken neck, back, pelvis, both hands and lots of ribs. He said "I wish this was just a dream"... 

Diana has her upper and lower back broke, neck broke, ankel broke, multiple rib fractures and a punctured lung. And , although not literally - a broken heart. Diane is now settled in a nursing home for rehabilitation.

As seniors, they have a fixed income. So to help lower the cost of car insurance they opted to not have the medical. Little did they know they'd be in this predicament:( 

I have contacted a lawyer for them so we can try to start process of a law suit…  but Diane is so stressed. The stress is not good while she has this long painful road to recovery ahead…

Update : Hey everyone ♡ lots of people are questioning so I thought I'd add some info to help answer any questions ♡

* Louie & Diana Marvin  did NOT have personal injury protection through their car insurance. So therefore medical bills are NOT all covered through it.

* Trudy M Johnson is who hit them. She had bald tires & no insurance.

* Louie is home with Shane and I. He is on hospice.  Then Diana will be coming home with us when she's done with rehab if need be ♡

* Louie is in rough shape still, which most of you know. The plan was for them to be together at Laurels or maple lawn but due to his conditions and not being able to rehabilitate, his medical insurance will not cover his stay. So to help, we offered to help. We have used some of the donations to get what we need to care for him, THANK YOU!!! We still need to get a comfortable chair for visitors to stay and also for help to sit with him when we go back to work. 

* We have consulted a lawyer and the process has started but without that lady having much, nothing may come of it. We shall see...
