It’s hard to believe that it’s been 7 years since my daughter and I have been back home (Guam).  When we left Guam, she was only 3 years old. She’s 10 now, and unfortunately, she doesn’t remember much about home. But one thing she does remember is how much she loves and misses her Grandma and Grandpa. ❤️

We currently stay with relatives here, and I’m incredibly grateful for them. But all of our immediate family is back home in Guam. After 7 years away, we’re both incredibly homesick and just want the chance to be with our family again.

We’re not trying to move back home — we just want to visit. I want my daughter to finally be able to see her grandparents again, spend time with our family, experience Guam beyond the memories she has from when she was little, and make new memories that she’ll actually remember. 🌴❤️

The biggest obstacle is the cost. Plane tickets for two people are incredibly expensive, and as much as I’ve tried to save, it’s difficult to put that much money aside while keeping up with everyday expenses.

So, with a little humility, I’m asking for help. If you’re able to donate anything toward our trip, even $5 or $10, it would mean so much to us. Every little bit would bring us closer to finally making it home.

Seven years is a long time. We just want to go home for a little while, hug our family, let my daughter spend time with her Grandma and Grandpa, and create the memories we’ve missed out on all these years. 💙
