My niece and nephew's  heater in there home went out. During this my niece got an eye infection and turns out she needs surgery and insurance won't cover it. She has gone blind in her eye. She is unable to work. They have 2 children in school and having difficulty with the entire situation. 

Living in Iowa the nights and days are getting terribly cold. The kids are young and this family needs help. Please open your hearts and give. The time of year we are supposed to be Thankful for our surroundings. Family means everything. Please help!!!
