My name is Juanita, and I'm reaching out for help during a really difficult time. Over the years, I allowed others to use my vehicle, not realizing that they had accumulated several parking tickets in my name. I only recently found out about these tickets, some of which date back to 2008 and 2009, when I started receiving notices for an outstanding amount. Despite renewing my registration many times, these tickets never came up until now, and the total has become overwhelming.
