Hello - my name is John Anthony Faraone (Tony). So I will get straight to the point and follow the instructions listed here.

Who will this benefit….. me, it will benefit me and help to save a job I was hired at which hangs in the balance right now. I had a wicked time with COVID - I have never really fully recovered. I was wiped out completely - separated from my fiance of 3 years just as COVID was starting. He stole my 22 grand in savings - and my credit quickly went from a 760 - to the 400's almost over a time period of about a month.then since I was working when COVID hit I received the weekly benefits and a 7 grand back pay check.I didn't feel right about collecting all that money every week - I mean it was more than I was actually making even after I had the taxes taken out. I had to work. So I left the state of Nevada after about 6 months for go to Florida to start a paid apprenticeship re-finishing homes. I had my 68 Chevy and was ready to go! Then in a wicked series of events that I will make short as possible so this isn't a novel when I'm done - 

1- My ex fiance steels all my 22 grand worth of savings and my 14 credit cards that I never missed a payment on were turned off or frozen. Resulting in my credit score crashing. 760 down to the 400's.

2- My license was suspended due to my insurance agency entering the wrong VIN number on my truck - no fault of mine - and it actually happens a lot and no insurance company is ever held responsible - look it up, it's a thing! It took a year of battling DMV which magically disappeared after a year as if it was never even there and my license was back to normal with no fee's - and no admittance of guilt either. However in the meantime - I was let go of my paid apprenticeship due to the fact that I had no valid drivers license - and they needed to split jobs and have someone with a truck of their own. At which time I began living in my truck because I lost my rental due to no money coming in at all. And I could not collect the weekly payments due to the fact that I moved to another state to chase jobs - so I would have to wait a required 6 months before re applying. So yeah - homeless in my truck in Florida during summer.

3- My identity was stolen and my social breached resulting in me still having to get a new code from the government every year in order to be able to do my taxes. I wouldn't feel the sting of this identity theft until 2022.

4- Papa was  a rolling stone….. literally! I traveled from Vegas to Florida to North Beach Miami, Lake Worth, Florida - West Palm Beach, Florida - Orlando, Florida, Los Angeles, California and finally to Minneapolis, MN.. Chasing work - looking for permanent work - doing day labor jobs to get gas and food .

5- Get to MN and my identity is stolen out of the truck again - this time college records - high school transcripts - expired ID's - current ID's - I literally had not one thing to identify me in the tail end of COVID! Again I was forced to live in my truck through 2 Minnesota winters and then 2022 came.  I finally had an apartment - through the government mind you so I would pay 30 percent of everything I made at the job I would now be able to get - remember the first time my identity was stolen? Well the second I moved in I started applying and then it came up - a warrant for my arrest out of Nevada for a felony domestic violence case. Someone had used my ID when getting arrested apparently and ditched out on the case. So now I have a place and am ready to get to work and rebuild my life and I cant work for a full two years - turned down for every job I applied to. I sank into a deep depression - It finally was dismissed after i had to borrow the money for a lawyer and borrow money to fly back and forth to Nevada for court all to walk into a court room and have it dismissed in less than 20 seconds. After having to be processed into jail and then out to remove the warrant - 7 hours! And even though I was found innocent and that it was not even me - I still have to pay 1500 bucks to have it expunged! March 2023 it was finally over - One day later and I promise you I can't make this stuff up ….. the trans in my truck goes out and I am forced to get rid of my only vehicle. So now I can work but have no transportation! I mentally and emotionally after 6 years of nothing but homelessness - unemployment - complete deconstruction…….. I suffer a mental breakdown! And spent a lovely stay after being baker racked in a state hospital. 

6- I go to the dentist because I had some broken teeth - and some missing in the back. They talk me into having all my teeth pulled so I can get dental implants after getting dentures until I find work and rebuild myself. Several appointments later - I am prepped for dental implants all on 4 process. 5 months of healing I go back and they tell me they are not set up for doing dental implants and refer me to another dentist that came along with a 65k bill if I decided to get them as if that was even an option.  Then when I filed a grievance they dropped me as a client for being too aggressive - lol. And never fit me for dentures even so to this day i have zero teeth - so I can't do fine dining or any serving whats so ever.

7- To add insult to injury - I ended up back at the government apartments that I started at when moved to Minneapolis. I recover a bit - and apply at Tru Green as a lawn care specialist spraying fertilizer and weed killer - which I had to take two state tests for and pass with at least a 70 percent. I pass - i have a secure job in Burnesville working 60 hours a week at 30 bucks an hour for overtime - 1500 per week before taxes - and a new problem arises. I was training at 8 AM - but when I was done with training I would have to start at 6 AM. Even if I took the very first bus at 4:30 AM i would still be 45 minutes late if I was to start at 6 AM. So I borrow 2100 dollars to just get a car that will last me just a few months until I could save 3 grand per month - for 6 months - 18 grand down on a new used truck. $ days after I buy the car it breaks down and mechanic says it needs a new engine and he can do it for 2800 - LOL! So sadly - I had to withdraw from the job I was on my last day of training. And one day before getting an e mail from a dental coordinator letting me know he found me a dentist out of Turkey who will do my dental implants since I am already prepped - for a total of 3 grand! Not including the air fare of course. SO close yet so so very far away. And am right back where I started - and I attempt suicide. Which puts me back in a lovely stay at a mental health facility for another three days! This was all a couple weeks ago. I feel strong now - and wont be doing that again- but the idea at starting over once again at the age of 51 years old. With no money - no bank accounts other than sofi because of the two identity thefts done against me - no credit cards - no credit - nothing! And I have to think outside the box. So here I am. Giving it a shot and feeling a bit guilty because the right thing would be to express gratitude for even making it through COVID while the majority of time being homeless and couch surfing. Because so many people lost their lives - their loved ones - their children. So I should be grateful- and I am. But still - I need a leg up - I need help so I can help myself

8- What I plan to do - what's the plan? Pretty basic actually - I plan on setting 3 grand away to get my implants done in Turkey and feel like I can face the world again. As it is i spend about 75 percent of my time alone in my apartment due to shame and embarrassment. 

 I can use the rest to buy a sensible Honda Civic with about 6 grand and get the insurance for the car - go to my old job at Tru Green with proof of reliable transportation and they will hire me back immediately. Then I am making a grand a week after taxes and i can get off welfare and food support and housing support - which is most important to me.That is what I will use 10 grand for - a new start! I can't make something out of nothing - and that is what I have right now - nothing! This money would quite literally save my life and give me what i need to start helping myself. I can even agree to a payment back to anyone that can help me - I honestly would prefer it - but asking for help is hard to do - I just wanna pay my own bills and rent and debts. I have one year left at school to become a MRI Tech - then I am making 85k per year.  I have a 4.0 currently. So I am not worried about being able to finish school at all - I love it!
