Hello, 

I am Angela and I am starting a fundraiser for my husband, Karim Farmer. I have never done this before, yet I find myself in an awful situation and I am in need of help.

As a child Karim was born with a rare disease called Biliary atresia. It is a disease affects the liver in babies and small children. He went through many surgeries resulting in a liver transplant in his teenage years. 

 30 years later, he is looking to undergo both liver and kidney transplant for which they are both failing. 

Due to all of his appointments to various doctor offices, hospital stays, and numerous unexpected emergency room visits I am not able to get and keep a job to keep things together. 

Our car needs a lot of work done to it and is not reliable at all. We live in a small town and public transportation does not exist. Lyft and Uber is very hard to come by in these parts. 

With Karim's transplants approaching I am afraid we will not be able to make it there and it's almost a two-hour dive to the hospital that is performing the transplants.

I am hoping for a miracle and expecting the impossible. Faith is the only thing I truly have, and I am truly asking for help in Faith. For with Faith all things are made possible.
