My name is Vanessa. This is my younger cousin Anna (23 years old) with special needs. Anna was diagnosed in a younger age with diabetes (DK) & heart issues. About 4 days ago she wasn't feeling so well & collapsed on the ground all alone. Her father was luckily to be there just in time to call an ambulance and start CPR on her. The paramedics could get no pulse. She was transferred to the hospital where she was put in a coma. After several doctors and specialists have arrived pronounced her brain dead. She gained her angel wings today. We are trying to raise money for My low-income family. With them being off and being by their daughter and sister money is just getting very tight. So I'm trying to put this together to help a family out in this time of need. Anything would be much appreciated. Everything is going towards her cremation celebration of life and the rest would be going to her parents and sister to help them get back on their feet in this time of need.
